1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Vavada platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately. Vavada is operated by Vavada B.V., incorporated in Curaçao and licensed under Curaçao eGaming licence No. 8048/JAZ2017-035.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Vavada's services, you must be at least 18 years of age. You must also be a resident of a country where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts under different identities is a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Vavada reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and for keeping your account details current. The security of your login credentials is your responsibility - do not share them with anyone. Any activity carried out under your account is deemed to be authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name, as available in the cashier section of your account. Prior to processing a withdrawal, Vavada may require identity verification (KYC) in compliance with our licence obligations. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to the provider's own timelines.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Vavada reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Attempting to abuse bonus offers in any way may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the Vavada platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the integrity of a game round, Vavada reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the corresponding stakes to players' accounts.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Vavada platform: fraudulent behaviour of any kind, including the use of another person's identity or payment details; money laundering or any activity associated with proceeds of crime; systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions; use of automated software, bots, or exploits; and the creation of multiple accounts. Breaches may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vavada website - including but not limited to text, images, logos, software, and game content - is the property of Vavada B.V. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used without the prior written consent of Vavada.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vavada shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity, service interruptions, technical failures, or the actions of third parties beyond our reasonable control. The platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

Vavada reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, or upon request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority. Players may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding balances will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, as applicable under the terms of our gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to the competent courts of Curaçao.

12. Changes to Terms

Vavada may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email or via an on-site notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
